I’m Natasha Arseneault, founder of Intuitive HR Insights. With over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of industries, including federal labour and employment services, airport operations, health care, manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, corporate management, and provincial Crown corporations.
My journey has given me a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face and the importance of aligning people strategies with business goals.
