I’m passionate about mentoring and coaching HR professionals.  Helping others grow, succeed, and elevate the HR profession is at the heart of what I do.  I thrive on creating impactful solutions that empower individuals and teams while fostering meaningful alignment within organizations.

As a Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROSCI), I’m deeply passionate about leading change with people at the forefront.  I believe that lasting transformation starts with understanding and supporting the individuals who drive it.  Whether navigating complex transitions or fostering cultural shifts, my goal is to empower organizations to embrace change in ways that inspire confidence and growth.

Collaboration is second nature to me.  I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with employees and leadership teams, fostering team cohesion, and navigating interpersonal dynamics to achieve shared success.  I’m equally passionate about operational efficiency and aligning people with organizational values - a combination I believe leads to exceptional results.

I grew up just outside Fredericton and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.  I’ve also earned a Human Resources Management Certificate, the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, and the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management.  My Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow Belt certifications reflect my passion for creating efficient, high-quality solutions.
